7 Wonders Board Games

You are the leader of one of the 7 most daring cities of antiquity. Gather supplies, develop trade channels, and strengthen your military power. Build your city and build wonders that will stand the test of time.

The game takes place over three centuries. Each century, players are dealt seven cards from a certain deck, choose one of these cards, and pass the rest on to the next player. Players then show their cards simultaneously, pay for what is needed or receive the supplies, or interact with other players in different ways. (Each player has their own game board, which has a special bonus, where their cards are lined up). Each player chooses a card from the deck that was handed to them, and so it goes on until everyone has chosen six cards from this century. After three centuries, the game ends.

At its core, the game is about developing your cards. Some cards have an instant action feature, while others provide bonuses and upgrades later in the game. Some cards offer discounts on future purchases. Some give military power, and others nothing but points. Each card is played out as soon as it is selected, so you can always see which cards your neighbors are collecting.

This is the second version of the game. Here the labels on the card have been updated to make it easier for people to understand the card, and so that they are ranked better. The rules have also been rewritten to make it easier for people to learn the game, and the extra sheet explaining the symbols has also been simplified. Finally, one or two cards have been moved from one century to another to adjust the card. In short, there is nothing that requires you to update — except that this is a beautiful specimen with metallic foliage and more beautiful images.
